For such a large complex
you would think that Paradise Lakes Apartments would have
plenty of parking not only for residents but for guests as
well. Nothing could be farther from the truth. There is one
covered parking spot per apartment and once the overflow parking
is full it becomes a race for the covered parking. Residents
and their guests are constantly taking other peoples spots.
I can recall several nights coming home to find my parking
spot was taken with two small children and a trunk full of
groceries. When I called Paradise Lakes Apartments security
and management about it they would just tell me to find another
parking spot. This was my assigned parking spot. Just another
example of the lack of concern that Paradise Lakes Apartments
have for their tenants.
