The Management at Paradise Lakes Apartments is terrible. They never address issues with tenants and are rude. I know of one tenant that simply called to ask for security latches on her windows and was yelled at by management. If you are interested in Apartments with good management strike Paradise Lakes Apartments off your list.

Maintenance:
Paradise Lakes Apartments may as well not even have maintenance staff. It takes them four months and even longer to fix anything. Then the only way to get anything fixed is when you threaten to take them to court.
Unit Condition:
The condition of the apartments are pure hell at Paradise Lakes Apartments. From the outside they look great. One tenant I know told me that when they moved in the apartment wasn't even finished. After driving all the way from Tennessee they found ladders, paint buckets, electrical wires hanging loose from the walls and ceilings when they first arrived at their new apartment don't even consider Paradise Lakes Apartments

The Noise problem is extremely bad at Paradise Lakes Apartments. There are constantly loud parties and music until 4:00am in the morning. Loud fights between tenants and their guests. If you like to sleep at night and are a responsible adult don't plan on it at Paradise Lakes Apartments.
